• Lead country procurement efforts to maximize value from suppliers and meet company objectives across EU sites including Poland, Netherlands, Germany and France.
• Establish strong procurement foundations, optimize supplier relationships, and lead strategic cost-saving and growth initiatives.
• Consolidate the supplier base, identify and onboard new suppliers, and lead contract negotiations to secure procurement-driven growth.
