Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary Product Owner for Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) capabilities.
- Act as the primary liaison between development teams and business/program teams.
- Provide client engagement support as a point of contact after the Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Define, manage, and continuously prioritize the product roadmap for EDE functionality.
- Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined, testable, and aligned with business and compliance requirements.
- Translate complex healthcare policy, regulatory, and operational requirements into actionable epics, features, and user stories.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8–12+ years of experience in product management or product ownership roles
- Proven experience supporting federal or state government IT programs, preferably in healthcare eligibility or enrollment domains.
