Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary Product Owner for Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) capabilities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between development teams and business/program teams.
  • Provide client engagement support as a point of contact after the Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, manage, and continuously prioritize the product roadmap for EDE functionality.
  • Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined, testable, and aligned with business and compliance requirements.
  • Translate complex healthcare policy, regulatory, and operational requirements into actionable epics, features, and user stories.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in product management or product ownership roles
  • Proven experience supporting federal or state government IT programs, preferably in healthcare eligibility or enrollment domains.
