Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed thermal analysis of solid rocket motor components and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Apply engineering techniques to design, install, modify, analyze, repair, and test tools, engines, and machines.

Required Experience:

  • Requires an Associate's Degree and 5-7 years of experience or a preferred Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with skills in applied mechanics, design engineering, prototyping, and requirements analysis.

Work Conditions & Compensation:

  • This is a full-time position with a 9/80 schedule, offering remote or on-site options in Huntsville, AL or Hampton, AR.
  • The role includes up to 25% travel and a salary range of $100,300 - $135,700 annually, with eligibility for a Gain Sharing Program.
