UX Content Strategist

looking for a skilled UX Copywriter to join our growing team and lead end-to-end content development for digital health experiences. You’ll write copy that supports patient journeys, builds trust, and makes healthcare more accessible—while bringing a strategic mindset to content development. Develop cohesive content strategies and write UX copy for consumer journeys that span web, mobile app, email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages. Help shape persona development, define user goals and emotions across the journey, and translate these into messaging frameworks and content decisions. Participate in user research and apply findings to improve copy effectiveness. Contribute to touchpoint mapping and define messaging hierarchies for high-priority moments across the product lifecycle.
