Leads capture efforts for high-value opportunities across civilian, defense, and commercial markets. Develops capture plans, competitive assessments, call plans, and solution strategies. Shapes customer requirements through early engagement and relationship-building. Coordinates with proposal teams, technical SMEs, and BD leadership to align strategy. Conducts Black Hat reviews, price-to-win analyses, and teaming negotiations.
