New Lead Instructor: AI Augmented Engineering

What you'll do:

• Deliver engaging, effective live sessions (virtual, via Microsoft Teams) covering AI-augmented full-stack development: agentic workflows, spec-driven development, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, governance and compliance in AI-assisted engineering.
• Adapt delivery based on both evolving content and learner needs — reading the room to calibrate depth for beginners vs. more advanced participants.
• Review pre-work to understand where the cohort is struggling, then focus live time on the hard parts.

What we need from you:

• Credibility in front of senior full-stack engineers at an enterprise. Engineers quickly lose trust in instructors who lack real technical depth.
• Strong live facilitation — pacing, energy, reading the room, handling off-script questions.
• Experience delivering multi-week technical training to software engineers (not one-off talks).

Nice to have:

• Experience teaching AI/ML or agentic development topics.
• Developer relations or technical education background.
• Experience in regulated industries.
