What You Will Do:
- Run the engineering org day-to-day, reporting to the engineering leader, owning delivery, hiring, and standards.
- Lead weekly Friday demos of working software in a show-me culture.
- Manage cross-squad dependencies and serve as the escalation path for blocked work.

- Technically credible with senior engineers, using AI tools daily to multiply velocity.
- A self-starter who trusts demos, not status decks, and likes winning.
What You Will Bring:
- 10+ years engineering leadership in SaaS/platform companies, scaling an org from <10 to >30 IC engineers.
- Delivery-first track record shipping on aggressive timelines at a weekly cadence without quality slip.
- Hands-on enough to read Go, Python, TypeScript, and strong working knowledge of the modern AI stack (LLMs, SLMs, RAG, agents).
