Lead, hire, and develop a team of 4–7 senior engineers across the full GTM AI systems stack.
Stay hands-on: contribute to system architecture, participate in code and design reviews.
Own the engineering roadmap for GTM AI systems in partnership with cross-functional leadership.

What You'll Do:

Drive delivery of AI-first GTM systems: agentic AI pipelines, LLM orchestration layers, Salesforce CPQ integrations.
Champion engineering quality: establish standards for code review, testing, observability, and incident response.
Create a culture of responsible AI development with safe data handling and audit trails.

Who You Are:

8+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in an engineering management or tech lead role.
Strong technical depth in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
Solid AWS expertise and experience building and deploying LLM-powered systems using OpenAI API or equivalent frameworks.
