Lead Software Engineer (Full-stack)

The Role:

• As Lead Software Engineer, you will drive technical vision, architecture, and execution of our digital healthcare platform.
• You'll lead complex cross-functional initiatives, mentor engineers, and establish engineering best practices across backend, frontend, cloud, and AI.

What You'll Do:

• Design and build scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems using Python and cloud-native architectures.
• Drive development of modern full-stack applications with React/Next.js and lead AI/LLM-powered capabilities.
• Champion engineering excellence through code quality, testing, CI/CD, and infrastructure improvements.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Python, React, and cloud-native systems.
• Proven experience integrating AI/LLM technologies and designing microservices on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Strong track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers in fast-paced environments.
