Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Role Overview:

• Join the early expansion into Arizona to help build access to high-quality mental health care for youth and families.
• This is a part-time, fully remote position requiring an active Arizona license, with preferred weekday afternoon and evening hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy sessions and conduct assessments via secure telehealth platforms.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners.
• Provide family education and support care coordination efforts.

Professional Environment:

• Receive CEU reimbursement, ongoing training, and supervision pathways for eligible clinicians.
• Work within a supportive, clinician-led environment designed to minimize administrative burdens.
• Contribute to program development and have opportunities for future leadership roles as the service expands.
