Job Description
As Lead Designer, you will supervise direct reports on Design team and participates in strategy and decision making as a member of the department's leadership group. You will be expected to meet regularly with team members to offer guidance, provide constructive feedback, conduct performance assessments, facilitate the team’s best work, and ensure adherence to best practices. You will also assist the Director of Design Management with project staffing, hiring, and onboarding. You will be managing career growth and development of direct reports, along with Design Manager, and facilitating team training via internal and external sources as well as providing mentoring on an individual basis. This is a remote position.
