We are seeking a seasoned UX leader who is passionate about healthcare problem spaces and can drive the success of UX efforts from end to end. You will have accountability for exceptional User Experience strategy across the product portfolio to drive successful product adoption and customer retention. You will manage a team of UX professionals, including fostering advancement in productivity, collaboration, and capability with emergent Ai technology.

Lead a team of talented Product Designers, shape product strategy, and drive design quality. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align on priorities and foster a culture of excellence. Stay close to customers and data to inform decisions and validate impact, while recruiting and onboarding diverse design talent.
