Responsible for the well-being of team members and performing high quality people management, while providing a critical component of the studio's mission by helping foster an environment of craft excellence, collaboration, and positivity.
Shape the future of design at Narvar by defining the long-term design vision and strategy. Tackle ambiguous challenges, create foundational design frameworks, and partner with senior leadership to ensure design is a key driver of company strategy. Mentor senior designers, evolve team processes, and serve as the voice for design within the company.
You’ll play a key role by having a demonstrable impact on customers in a number of product areas, both directly and through the support you provide to others. You'll define strategy using actionable insights from research, data and market analysis, and influence product strategy.
Manage a team of user researchers, shape product strategies, and scale research impact across the organization. Increase visibility of research insights and ensure action is taken. Understand direct reports well, nurturing talent within the Research team. Lead forums, scale team systems, and raise the standard of research. Hire diverse User Researchers and ensure smooth onboarding.
