About the role:
- This is a senior leadership position spanning people management and strategic research.
- You'll work on Monzo's Core Banking products used by millions of customers daily.
What you'll do:
- Define and land parts of Monzo's global research operating model as we expand internationally.
- Bring together existing research, product data, and market insights for leadership decisions.
- Balance methodological rigour with speed to build great products.
Who we're looking for:
- Experience leading senior researchers or research managers in a complex product organisation.
- Ability to shape product strategy through research at executive level.
- Skills in navigating competing priorities and building alignment across large teams.
