Senior UX Researcher, Customer & Partner Experience

What you get to do in this role:\n- Represent the needs of customers across the product and design lifecycle.\n- Apply and adapt appropriate research techniques for specific project needs.\n- Partner with Product Managers and Designers to influence product strategy and roadmaps.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n- Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.\n- Solid experience in customer-centered research techniques for product definition.\n- Ability to define, plan, and execute research studies including quantitative and/or qualitative methods.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n- 5+ years of experience conducting customer-centered research.\n- Deep knowledge of user interface design, usability evaluation, and experimental design.\n- Excellent presentation skills to visualize complex topics for diverse stakeholders.
