• Your primary focus will be uncovering core user tasks using Jobs-to-Be-Done frameworks and evaluating AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scope, plan, and conduct mixed-method research studies to deliver actionable recommendations.
• Plan and moderate user studies for AI assistants and self-service tools to identify adoption barriers.
• Synthesize complex findings into executive-ready presentations and maintain research artifacts.
