UX Researcher (Mixed Methods)

Research Responsibilities:

• Run and scale usability research, including quality-validation testing and evaluating shipped features.
• Own the full study lifecycle from recruiting and scoping through analysis and communicating results.
• Grow from testing what others identify to owning research direction for one or more product areas.

Stakeholder Enablement:

• Coach designers and PMs through study design and help them interpret results.
• Build reusable enablement assets such as templates, reference guides, and research workflows.
• Support product teams in understanding user experiences and problems.

Research Operations:

• Maintain and improve the research library, standardizing documentation and ensuring past research is findable.
• Manage the research tool stack, including templates and guides for non-stakeholders.
• Handle logistics: participant panel, compensation, vendor renewals, and procurement coordination.
