About the Role:
- Maven is building a new direct-to-consumer business and needs user insights to guide decisions.
- This is a part-time contract role for someone who can operate independently.
- You'll shape research tooling and process as the team grows.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with product and design to identify the questions worth answering.
- Own the full study lifecycle from planning to synthesis.
- Run both qualitative and quantitative work, from interviews to surveys.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of user research experience, including consumer products.
- True mixed-methods range: skilled interviewer and survey designer.
- Comfort in a fast-moving environment and ability to turn messy data into clear insights.
