About the Role:
- Lead end-to-end research initiatives that inform product strategy and improve various workflows across Rula.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure decisions are grounded in meaningful user insights and behavioral data.
- Identify high-impact research opportunities, define research roadmaps, and turn signals into insights that guide product direction.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of User Research experience with demonstrated success in B2B SaaS, productivity tools, or operations platforms.
- Ability to frame ambiguous product questions into clear, decision-oriented research plans.
- Experience influencing product strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
