Role Responsibilities:
- Lead high-impact foundational, generative, and evaluative research that shapes Reddit’s core consumer experiences.
- Partner with product, design, engineering, data science, and cross-functional teams to identify user needs and inform product strategy.
- Design and execute rigorous qualitative research including interviews, usability studies, and diary studies.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in HCI, Psychology, or related field with 6+ years of consumer-focused UX research experience.
- Deep expertise in qualitative methods and fluency with mixed-methods research.
- Strong product sense and ability to influence product direction through insights.
