About Us:
- Nadia Care reimagines maternity care for underserved communities with trust-based engagement and wrap-around support.
- Our team provides doula support, care navigation, and assistance with nutrition, housing, and transportation.
What You'll Do:
- Design and refine a lean interview guide and implement a member outreach strategy.
- Conduct weekly member interviews to identify friction points and synthesize findings into personas.
- Surface early retention signals and recommend triggers for product and care teams.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of UX or qualitative research experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong qualitative research skills and comfort with unstructured conversations.
- Ability to coordinate with clinical staff and move fast in a dynamic environment.
Engagement Details:
- This is a part-time contract role (~20 hours/week) for approximately 4 months.
- Fully remote with occasional coordination calls with the product and care teams.
