About the Role:

• The Research Recruitment Coordinator will execute user research projects across sportsbook and casino studies.
• You’ll handle logistics, communications, and data tracking to ensure every project runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with identifying, screening, and scheduling participants for in-person and remote studies.
• Coordinate study setup, manage session invites, track attendance, and ensure smooth day-of execution.
• Serve as point of contact for participants, send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.

About You:

• 1–2 years of experience in research coordination, project coordination, or administrative support.
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, with strong time management and communication skills.
• Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Jira, and Qualtrics.
