We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the core experience at Rula, focused on making it easier for people to find, start, and stay engaged with high-quality mental health care.
You will dig into data to understand consumer pain points, collaborate with researchers, and lead an engineering team to design and launch improvements.
This role sits at the heart of our mission, directly impacting thousands of patients by helping them access care and stay with it long enough to get better.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing or marketplace products.
Proven track record of using data and user insights to drive measurable improvements in user experience and engagement.
Experience running A/B tests and using statistical techniques to evaluate results.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a two-sided marketplace with a strong understanding of supply-demand dynamics.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
