Job Description:
- You will shape the user experience for the Agentic Service Catalog, combining user research, product design, and front-end engineering.
- You will work closely with users, product leaders, architects, and engineers to transform complex technology processes into intuitive, AI-powered experiences.
- You will report to the VP, Intelligent Automation & Data Platforms.
Qualifications:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience.
- You have demonstrated experience designing and delivering user experiences for complex software products or technical platforms.
- You have strong capability across user research and product design, including interviews, prototyping, and iterative validation.
