Senior Director, User Experience

About the role:

• As Senior Director, User Experience, you will lead design across Later's product portfolio including Later Social, Later Influence, and Mavely.
• You will report to the Chief Product Officer and set design standards that ensure coherence across teams.
• This is a high-visibility role with regular exposure to senior leadership.

What you'll do:

• Embed directly on critical zero-to-one product bets, turning abstract business requirements into functional prototypes.
• Pioneer agentic UX workflows, building functional AI prototypes that unify product design across lines of business.
• Lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing team of UX designers, fostering a builder-first mindset.

What you bring:

• 10+ years of experience in product design or UX, including 5+ years leading and growing a design team.
• Proven experience as a systems thinker, designing for coherence across multiple products.
• Strong technical fluency and experience partnering with engineering on platform architecture and design systems.
