Role Overview:
- You will define the UX architecture for Presence, ensuring coherence across profiles, identity, business tools, and community surfaces.
- You will translate company priorities into multi-year experience strategies and decision frameworks.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead UX framing for high-stakes ecosystem decisions and present recommendations to senior executives.
- Use AI-assisted tools to prototype future-state concepts and accelerate strategic decisions.
- Mentor senior designers and raise the quality bar for interaction design and systems coherence.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10-12+ years of product design experience with platform-scale initiatives in consumer technology.
- A portfolio demonstrating original product vision, systems architecture, and executive influence.
- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and AI-assisted workflows.
