Senior Director, Product Creative Direction

Role Overview:

• Define and evolve the visual expression of ServiceNow's product portfolio.
• Provide shared visual direction, systems, critique, and enablement across product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion a differentiated visual direction across typography, color, iconography, motion, and data visualization.
• Partner with Design Systems, Engineering, and Product Management to ship scalable product experiences.
• Lead AI-enabled creative exploration and responsible AI adoption at scale.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in product design and creative leadership.
• Deep understanding of design systems and executive-level communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to accessible and inclusive design.
