About the Role:
- Seeking an experienced Medical Director for content strategy and development/review in Neurology.
- Serve as the bridge between Medical Affairs strategy and the content production team.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop content frameworks connecting medical communication objectives across channels and stakeholder experiences.
- Review content drafts and provide clear, consolidated, actionable feedback for medical accuracy and audience relevance.
- Support creation of concept decks and cross-channel content ecosystems.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree, advanced Life Science degree, or PharmD with minimum 5 years in neurology within pharma/medical communications.
- Familiarity with medical strategy, content development/review, and channel activation.
- Strong strategic thinking, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in a matrix environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $150k-$170k depending on geographic pay area and experience.
