Logistics Director

Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations—from sourcing to delivery. Act as the main point of contact with factories and suppliers in India and China, including resolving issues such as incorrect box sizes or packaging specs. Manage relationships with freight forwarders and shipping partners; coordinate container building and dispatch schedules. Own the full order lifecycle including processing, fulfillment tracking, and updates to major retailers. Review and maintain documentation for product inspections and shipping quality. Respond promptly to emails, calls, and customer inquiries. Handle basic invoicing tasks related to logistics and freight operations.
