Position Summary:
- Unlock insights that drive business, supporting strategic decision-making and performance management.
- Analyze customer behavior, marketplace dynamics, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance analytics frameworks for customer retention, market share, and revenue growth.
- Provide analytics for quote to order conversion and key operational metrics.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Infrastructure, and other Analytics teams using Tableau and Snowflake.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant analytical experience with large datasets.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Analytics or related field preferred.
- Experience incorporating AI tools into analytical work.
