Role:
- Our client is a U.S. based entertainment company looking for a Social Media Growth Hacker to elevate their online presence.
- This is a fully remote, part-time role (20h/week) with potential to transition into full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute tests across content formats and hooks, using retention and share data to double down on what works.
- Craft culturally relevant copy, memes, and concepts that tap into emerging internet trends, platform shifts, and fandoms.
- Uncover unconventional distribution channels and build strategic alliances with creators and online communities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience growing a social media account, brand presence, or online community from scratch.
- Deep fluency in Instagram and TikTok mechanics, algorithms, and growth signals like retention, hooks, and shareability.
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
Location & Compensation:
- Fully remote work-from-home role.
- Must be available during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
- Compensation is $8–$15/hour.
