Responsibilities:
- Own the development, testing, and scaling of creative systems across paid acquisition channels such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Define creative testing frameworks to increase learning velocity and performance predictability.
- Introduce standardized workflows for briefing, production, naming, and reporting to boost creative throughput.
Success Metrics:
- Creative output becomes predictable, scalable, and tightly linked to key performance outcomes like ROAS and CPA.
- Testing velocity increases significantly across all paid channels, with insights consistently captured for future direction.
- Clear alignment exists between creative efforts, media spend, and the organization's growth targets.
Qualifications:
- 7–12+ years in performance marketing, growth, or creative strategy roles with deep experience on Meta and TikTok.
- Proven ability to improve how teams test, learn from, and scale creative output in fast-moving environments.
- Strong understanding of metrics including hook rate, CTR, CVR, and track record of partnering with media buyers and analysts.
