Drive the expansion of Ritual’s Paid Search portfolio, joining the Growth Marketing team focused on acquiring new customers efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in performance marketing, particularly search engine marketing, as well as a passion for optimization, creativity, and collaboration. Manage SEM campaigns across Google properties, including YouTube, and thrive in fast-paced environments experimenting, learning, and iterating. Lead the vision, strategy, testing, and execution of Ritual’s paid search channels—including Google Ads and SEO optimization.
