Responsibilities:

  • Lead program design and implementation processes as the primary point of contact, navigating client and internal stakeholder relationships throughout the design phase.
  • Submit work requests via ticketing systems and partner with service owners to ensure adherence to program design and the implementation of the latest technology.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a firm understanding of Accumulator & Maximizer Solutions and exceptional note-taking skills to capture stakeholder discussions.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree and/or 10+ years of demonstrated program design performance, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities collaboratively.

Work Environment:

  • The role operates in a professional office environment using standard equipment, with regular sitting and computer use.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time is required, along with strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
