Job Description
You will develop a standardized cost reporting framework to evaluate developers’ construction pricing submissions across project phases. You will review scopes against a demarcation matrix, identifying deviations and their cost impacts. You will align all estimates and reports with the Client’s Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) categories. You will analyze large-scale construction costs using market intelligence and parametric data. You will benchmark developers’ security costs against internal data provided by the Client. You will document all assumptions and exclusions from estimates submitted by developers, A/E teams, GCs, or the Client. You will track design changes between estimate revisions and report associated cost and schedule impacts. You will identify and propose Value Engineering options for Client review. You will collaborate with internal sourcing and commodity teams to ensure estimates reflect current market conditions. You will support program planning and CAPEX forecasting by preparing ROM estimates and contributing to cost modeling tool development.
