Senior Quality Engineer, Payments

GoodLeap is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team, in their mission to accelerate high-quality delivery and measurably improve resilience. The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing test strategies, authoring automated tests, executing tests, and advising on testability and best practices for quality. The position will offer opportunity to influence a comprehensive quality program and define how experiences are discovered and delivered at GoodLeap. Essential duties include defining test strategies, acting as the embedded quality owner, influencing team goals related to automation, reliability, and performance, authoring and maintaining automated tests, collaborating to guide best practices, and implementing measurement of actionable quality metrics.
