About the Role:
- You'll own complex, foundational initiatives that shape the core of the platform.
- Your job is to connect product strategy to coherent, elegant UX in ambiguous, technically deep problem spaces.
- You will work directly with real enterprise customers to design solutions that hold up in complex CX environments.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end design for platform-foundation initiatives from framing to shipped UX.
- Drive the design side of the PLG transition: self-serve onboarding and in-product education.
- Establish design patterns, systems, and quality bars for other designers and engineers.
