Lead and actively contribute to the end-to-end development lifecycle of B2C services, including storefront transactions, integrations, and upsell capabilities, ensuring robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions. Drive technical initiatives aimed at enhancing user engagement, and exploring new monetization opportunities. Champion the adoption and integration of AI-driven approaches leveraging AI for personalization, analytics, and automation to boost revenue. Lead the build-out of functional prototypes and internal tools rapidly using low-code/no-code platforms and traditional development for B2C feature validation and monetization experiments. Own engineering activities from concept to production deployment, including design, monitoring, debugging, and continuous improvement. Shape the B2C product and engineering roadmap and champion a robust framework for data collection, analysis, and interpretation across B2C products. Inspire teams across the org to adopt innovative thinking and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
