Position Summary:

  • Seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Analyst to serve on our Analytics team.
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable analytics solutions using tools like DBT, GitHub, Snowflake, and Tableau.
  • Help shape the future of data-driven decision-making at Capital Rx.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Champion the use of DBT, GitHub, and modern data stack tools to improve code quality, reproducibility, and collaboration.
  • Design and maintain modular, scalable data models in DBT to support reporting and analysis.
  • Contribute to proactive analytics that support operational and strategic decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
  • Expertise in SQL and Python for data analysis, with strong coding hygiene and documentation practices.
