Configuration Analyst

Core Responsibilities:

• Analyze benefit plan documents to accurately build benefit categories and adjudication rules for claims processing.
• Review member accumulators and assist in loading benefit logic to member and group records.
• Manage daily configuration inventory queues and monitor team mailboxes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in claims processing, benefit configuration, or related healthcare operations.
• Understanding of benefit plans, accumulators, and basic adjudication concepts.
• Knowledge of level-funded plan designs and familiarity with claims processing systems like Javelina.
