Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
- Lead architecture and design sessions, producing clear design documents and tradeoff analyses.
- Build and maintain the technical backlog, translating platform observations into well-scoped engineering work.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Salesforce technical experience with at least 2 years in an actual Architect capacity.
- Deep hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Proven experience conducting code reviews and enforcing engineering best practices.
