Internal Penetration Tester

About the Role:

• Execute offensive security activities for Pathfynder by A-LIGN, focusing on internal network and cloud-based SaaS penetration testing.
• Provide technical and client-focused testing strategies to support company growth.
• Report to Director, Internal Offensive Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Execute internal network and cloud-based SaaS penetration testing engagements.
• Identify, validate, and manually exploit vulnerabilities using public exploits, custom-developed exploits, or a combination.
• Deliver clear, accurate, client-ready reports with findings and remediation guidance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on offensive security experience, including 3+ years in internal network, Active Directory, red team, or purple team testing.
• Knowledge of penetration testing methodologies and current offensive security practices.
• Proficiency with scripting languages and common offensive security tools.
