Financial Management:

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor operational spending to ensure alignment with strategic and budgetary goals.
• Contribute to working capital optimization through selective support on stock and payment term evaluations.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze operational costs, KPIs, and variances.
• Translate key performance data into meaningful insights using the Logistics Scorecard.
• Interpret complex data into actionable recommendations.

Project Support:

• Lead financial support for logistics investment projects.
• Business case development.
• Project controlling.
