Sporty's websites and apps are among the most visited in the world. As we expand our performance marketing team, we are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our user acquisition efforts across paid social channels for both web and app platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our digital marketing campaigns across channels, such as Meta, TikTok, X, Kwai and others. You will design and execute data-driven UA strategies, optimize performance funnels, and collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to deliver exceptional results in diverse international markets.
Lead and execute user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, and other paid social platforms for both web and app. Manage end-to-end campaign operations β from setup and budgeting to optimization β with a focus on hitting performance goals. Continuously test and iterate on creatives, messaging, and audience strategies to maximize impact across social channels. Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards, identifying actionable insights and growth opportunities.
