Job Description

Lead and execute user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, and other paid social platforms for both web and app. Manage end-to-end campaign operations — from setup and budgeting to optimization — with a focus on hitting performance goals (CPA, ROAS, LTV). Continuously test and iterate on creatives, messaging, and audience strategies to maximize impact across social channels. Collaborate with creative, analytics, BI, and product teams to launch and scale high-performing campaigns across diverse markets. Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards, identifying actionable insights and growth opportunities.
