Clinical Adjudication Project Lead

Support and facilitate adjudication charter development – network cross-functionally within sponsor for approval. Streamline and optimize adjudication workflows for efficiency and effectiveness. Develop Protocol Training on Endpoints and Outcomes Adjudication. Develop Manual on Endpoints (Adjudication Reference Guide for sites). Oversee development of a project plan to drive acceleration of metrics (as needed). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the entire adjudication process. Set clear milestones for adjudication and deliver routine metrics. Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and take proactive steps to achieve targets. Lead weekly cross-functional meetings for adjudication process management.
