Master Frontend Developer (Javascript)

Seeking a talented and experienced Lead Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team at Siemens. In this role, you will lead a team of frontend developers, driving innovation and ensuring the highest quality in software delivery. You will play a crucial role in developing scalable, high-performance UI components that meet the diverse needs of our clients across various tech stacks. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of five frontend developers, overseeing their work and conducting regular reviews to ensure the highest quality of deliverables. You will be spearheading the creation and optimization of over 40 scalable and flexible UI components. These components have demonstrated their ability to enhance application delivery performance across more than eight different teams at Siemens, working with a variety of technology stacks. Drive the R&D efforts for new complex features and assess the architectural needs of the business. Utilize proof of concepts to validate and plan solution deliveries. Lead the development of a web component-based design system tailored for Siemens, supporting frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, Lit.js, and Vanilla JS. Foster close communication with clients to fully understand their needs and translate them into actionable development tasks. Conduct technical presentations and lead meetings to convey complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
