Senior Product Designer

Designing exceptionally intuitive experiences that empower clinicians and patients to interact seamlessly, ensuring patients get the care they need, when they need it. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be instrumental in building tools and experiences that serve our clinical teams and patients. Your designs will directly impact how users interact with our platform, from clinician workflows to patient-facing applications. A deep understanding of both patient needs and clinical workflows will be essential for this role. You will shape design strategy, envision and lead design strategy for your cross-functional team, built on a strong understanding of how our clinical teams deliver care and how Pomelo fits into our patients' lives. You will design and prototype high-impact user experiences and craft and rapidly iterate on intuitive, end-to-end experiences that solve specific challenges for our diverse user base, from streamlining clinical workflows to enhancing patient engagement. You will utilize user research, usability testing, and relevant data to continuously refine and enhance our products, ensuring they demonstrably improve patient care, increase user satisfaction, and help Pomelo achieve its goals.
