Role Overview:
- Build out a new book of business centered around MPL and additional lines.
- Influence GTM strategy and represent At-Bay at marketing events.
- Act as an SME to internal teams, reviewing and underwriting complex risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow broker base, ensuring world-class service.
- Solicit and analyze risk within guidelines, and service renewals and new business.
- Work with technology and data teams to create underwriting tools.
What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with MPL/professional liability underwriting.
- Strong technology affinity and ability to work with analytics software.
- Clear communication and team player mentality, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
