Digital Phenotyping Sr Engineer

Accountabilities: Deploy, implement, and support high-throughput digital phenotyping platforms for agricultural and genetic applications. Optimize data acquisition workflows from farm to computing resources, including edge and cloud-based systems. Collaborate with genetics, animal science, and supply chain teams to integrate and scale new phenotyping technologies. Support research initiatives to evaluate and improve digital tools for data collection and analysis. Communicate technical findings and provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders. Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and precision livestock farming technologies.
