Focus areas include exploratory analytics, defining performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and simplifying how the business is measured. This role will work with executives to shape measurement strategies that improve forecasting accuracy by combining technical expertise with business acumen to turn complex data into actionable insights.
This role involves leading exploratory analysis to uncover business problems, performance gaps, and growth opportunities; analyzing CRM data to support GTM strategy; defining and maintaining unit economics models; building dashboards and reports; partnering with the CFO to automate revenue tracking; and providing insights to various departments. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with modern data tools.
