Job Description
As a Part-Time Customer Experience Specialist, you will respond promptly to support requests, ensuring member needs are understood. Accurately and efficiently answer questions regarding Good Insideβs membership and content; troubleshoot and document bugs with the Engineering team.
Capture and share customer feedback and maintain/update Help Center articles; contribute to developing and documenting support processes. Stay fluent in the Good Inside appβs functionality and collaborate with team members for new releases.
